Welcome to Sundial Holiday Home

‘Sundial’ is a comfortable two storey terrace property located close to the harbour’s edge and near the Quay in the quaint seaside town of Poole, nestled in the South of England on the Dorset Coastline.

THE LOCAL AREA

The house itself is a couple of minutes from Poole harbour’s edge and the historic Poole Quay, and just over five minutes walk from the town centre. The local area has many amenities including shops, restaurants, cinema and theatre and a large local park and boating lake.

TRANSPORT

The nearest bus stop is a short stroll from the property, whilst the town centre has a central bus station that allows travel to Bournemouth and the surrounding area and national train station with a direct line running through to London.
A direct ferry to Brownsea Island is available from the Quay, on the far side of which, though still within a fifteen minute walk, is the cross channel ferry to France and Spain.

THE FACILITIES

The property comprises three bright and airy bedrooms and can accommodate five people in comfort within double, twin and single bedrooms.

There is a spacious first floor bathroom with shower and toilet together with the luxury of a separate ground floor toilet.
The recently fitted galley kitchen comprises an electric oven, gas hob with filter fan, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and other normal kitchen equipment.

The ground floor lounge diner has comfortable setees for five, dining facilities for six, freesat digital television with video and dvd facilities.
There is a patio door access to the private, good size, sunny rear courtyard which has a lockable gate for access should you bring bikes with you.
To the front of the property there is sufficient parking for a family car on the drive leading to an integral garage (which is restricted for the owner’s use) and there is other local public off-road parking available.
